Hartwig Wins 2007 Tetrahedron Award
Professor John Hartwig of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Illinois recently was awarded the 2007 Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award.
This international award is sponsored by Tetrahedron Publications (a division of El-sevier) and eligible to anyone under 45 years of age. The prize recognizes "exceptional creativity and dedication" and consists of a check as well as an award certificate. Hart-wig was given the Medicinal Chemistry award.
