Armanda Formigao Gameiro

Armanda Formigao Gameiro has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Tecnico in Lisbon and a PhD in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from Cardiff University, under the direction of Prof. R.D. Gillard. After a number of years of postdoctoral work in biophysics at Cornell University, Cambridge University, University of Edinburgh and SUNY Binghamton, she redirected her energies into teaching.  She joined UIUC in the Fall of 2022.
