As Assistant to the Head, I manage reception and provide administrative support to the Department Head and Associate Director for Administration. I am the main chemistry administrative office contact for scheduling meetings for the Department Head and departmental committee meetings. I am also the contact for faculty searches, promotion & tenure processes, sabbaticals, RNUA approvals, and handle employee moving reimbursements for faculty and staff.
