The School of Chemical Sciences invites graduate and undergraduate students, postdoctoral associates/fellows, and staff members within the school, including the departments of chemistry and chemical and biomolecular engineering, to submit computer-assisted or traditional scientific images designed to inform, educate, and inspire.

To submit an image, your lab’s Principal Investigator must be a faculty member or an affiliate/adjunct faculty member of either the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering or Chemistry. The grand prize is $150. All winning entries will be displayed in the School of Chemical Science buildings and on the SCS website in the Gallery of Winning Images.

A separate category "Cover Art” is sponsored by the Chemistry Library with a prize of $150. Eligible entries for this category are accepted cover art images by SCS groups and affiliates, including those that have been professionally produced or modified.  Images will be selected for display in the School of Chemical Sciences.
