The Department of Chemistry hosted a networking reception on Aug. 18, 2024, in conjunction with the ACS National Meeting in Denver. The event was open to all Chemistry at UIUC alumni and friends in the area as well as current faculty, postdocs, and graduate students. Thomas B. Rauchfuss, Larry R. Faulkner Research Professor of Chemistry, addressed the crowd during the event, updating everyone on department news and highlights.
