The Department of Chemistry hosted a networking reception on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, just before the opening day of the ACS National Meeting in Washington D.C. Chemistry at Illinois alumni and friends networked with faculty, graduate students and others, including Department Head and Professor Catherine J. Murphy, pictured at left with alumnus Ving Lee (PhD, '75). Thank you to everyone for attending and we hope to see you at the next reception in Atlanta in March 2026.
