Martin Gruebele and collaborators have proven that protein folding modifies water molecules in the environment. Gruebele is presently at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany as a result of receiving the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Prize. To read the Innovations Report article, click here.
