Martin Gruebele Elected to Membership in the Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina

Martin Gruebele has been elected to membership in the Deutsche Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina. The German National Academy of Science (the Leopoldina) is highly selective and the world's oldest academy for medicine and natural sciences having been created 355 years ago. Currently it has more than 1250 members spread across many different countries. Only 21 members were elected worldwide this year with just 7 chemists total (including Carolyn Bertozzi and Thomas Carell).
