Rogers Selected as 2009 MacArthur Fellow

John Rogers, a world leader in designing "flexible electronics", has been named one of this year's 24 MacArthur Fellows. He and collaborators have developed tiny inorganic light-emitting diodes, stretchable integrated circuits and other innovative projects. Rogers will receive $500,000 over the next five years to do with as he wishes.
